[17:38] <Wishmaster> Hi, I noted a minor issue with the Android version (didn't test it with others) on saving games: If your SD ist full and a game cannot be saved, it results in corrupted savegames: http://i.imgur.com/QA6w6OR.png
[17:39] <Wishmaster> It also came up with a not too helpful message, telling it couldnt save the game. No hint on the reason being too low space

[18:26] <Wishmaster> Well Im not sure if its related to Android specifically, Maybe someone could check that as it isn't quite easy to reproduce such a case. Although it should be a very rare case on computers

[18:29] <Wishmaster> Well, thats obvious. The point ist 1) That it shouldnt save anything instead of garbled characters like on my screen 2) the error message should be more descriptive

[20:14] <fuzzie> I suppose DoSave() in tinsel/saveload.cpp doesn't check for NULL *before* it creates the Serializer..
[20:14] <Wishmaster> I rather guess there ist an exception wrongly handled when there ist not enough free space

[20:16] <Wishmaster> Shouldnt that attempt to save the file cause an exception?

[20:20] <fuzzie> basically the fallback detector calls getSciVersion(), which asserts that there's a valid game, but when !ENABLE_SCI32, it calls it *before* it's checked that there's a valid game
