[12:41] <L0ngcat> salty-horse: When I emulate the MT-32 in DOSBox, games that have these short of messages are displayed. I do not think this is present in all games though. I think they are mostly in Sierra games, I have found some in Dynamix adventures as well

[13:29] <waltervn> e.g. if I launch SQ3, I first see "PIRATES OF PESTULON" and then "SPACE QUEST III" when the SysEx are done

[13:36] <waltervn> In scummvm you only see these pop up briefly. As an alternative you could use MUNT externally. IIRC it comes with a GUI program that also shows the emulated LCD.
