[00:16] <m_kiewitz> i changed cycles to seconds in gabriel knight 1 and it worked without any issues
[00:16] <m_kiewitz> but yeah, if i can't find out what's going on, i will just increase ticks a bit
[00:17] <m_kiewitz> i would still like to fix it properly. it's really irritating how the game works (ticks and seconds not getting treated the same)

[00:22] <snover> another&thing&about seconds is that they will tick down with the computers clock, so if it is not started on an exact second boundary, the first second will last less than one second
